1972
The company was founded under the name “INTEC” in Ermua, Bizkaia (Spain). Its activity was machining metal pieces for companies from different sectors
1978
The Company changed its name to INTEGI S.A. and started manufacturing and selling tools, still machining metal pieces for other companies.
1985
INTEGI S.A. focuses its activity in the production of tools. The breadth of tool-holders gets wider and the first knurling tools are developed.
1990
Knurling tools become the main core of INTEGI´s activities. New tools are designed and manufactured, creating this way a very complete catalogue, which allows the company to compete internationally with the main manufacturers of this kind of tools. The sales network grows not only nationally but also internationally after attending several trade shows across Europe, Asia and America.
1995
INTEGI becomes part of AFM “Spanish Association of Manufacturers of Tools for Machine Tools” and expands its sales network.
2006
Integi develops a new product line: rotary broaching tool holders under the brand POLIPROFILE
2015
New corporate image
2016
Integi moves to more modern facilities in the town Zaldibar. The surface is more than two times bigger than the previous one. The company increases its machinery fleet by acquiring new machining and turning centers to meet the increasing demand for its products

INTEGI S.A. gets the ISO 9001:2015 certification
2019
Currently, after 40 years of work, INTEGI is a tool brand recognized worldwide for its high quality and good service, endorsed by many satisfied customers.
