Broach centring system
• Loosen the 4 screws (Fig.1)
• Place a dial gauge on the end of the broach and, always turning the head on the shank, check the tip of the broach by turning the head on the shank (Fig.2)
• Acting on the 4 studs “B”, slightly move the body of the tool until the broach jump is +/-0.01 mm (Fig.3)
• When the broach is centred, re-tighten the screws “A” that lock the body of the tool
